Introduction: Traumatic tympanic membrane perforation may be due to direct or indirect source: 1) Inserting of object in the ear canal for example cotton swabs accidentally insertion. 2) Concussion caused by an explosion open handed slap across ear. 3) Head trauma, sudden negative pressure, barotraumatic, latrogenic perforation, sign and symptoms are severe pain, sometimes followed bleeding, hearing loss tinnitus. Diagnosed otoscopy audiometry. Objective: The aim this article is study traumatic perforation. Method Material: This research review included several articles which were published most famous journals, google, pubmed, henari, medical text books etc. up date journals. Result: In we regarding patients from 6months 70 years, average prevalence TTMP was found 37% incidence between 35-50 years. Conclusion: uncommon injury that under reported. There need indicate on alternative punitive measure among students security agent’s unskilled removal foreign body. Early identified evaluation referral reduces attendant morbidity.
